The Swanky Spot: Whipped Body Butter

The Swanky Spot: Whipped Body Butter

I have to say, I absolutely love this company. The owner Julie has been a consistent supported with my blog and I couldn't be more grateful. This just goes to show how genuine and honest they truly are and I would be happy to back that up any day.

The Swanky Spot is a small business located in Pittsburgh and is run by the lovely Julie. All of her products are vegan, cruelty-free, non-toxic and organic. She used fair-trade oils like Jojoba, Argan, Marula, Grapeseed and Virgin Coconut. She buys straight from the source so you know you're getting quality and pureness.

There are 3 main categories on her shop:

  1. Facial Care (cleansers, facial scrubs, toners, oils & serums, and moisturizers)
  2. Body Care (bath salts, body butters, and body scrubs)
  3. Lip Care

I opted to try out one of her body butters this time around. All of her butters are uniquely named which flow with the rest of her brand. You've got names like Majestic Argan, Sensuous Sandalwood and Exotic Tiare (which is the one I ordered).

Shipping: she had it ready to go within a day of placing the order. I even got a personalized thank you card and a free sample of her Luxurious Lavender. Talk about awesome customer service!

The product: the packaging is a plastic container - makes it easy for travel. Her label fits perfectly so that it doesn't catch onto the lid. You get a fair amount for the 4 oz which was $15 USD. The texture itself is not so much creamy - which I do prefer. It allows you to grab enough without it melting right away. The fragrance is a little strong at first, but being natural it does fade after an hour or so leaving you smellin gooood. I love the way it makes my skin feel - hydrated and not too oily!

5/5 LOVE
